In 2015 and 2016, Aberlady Conservation and History Society led an exciting community heritage project focusing on Aberlady’s early medieval past. An eclectic programme of events provided all sorts of opportunities for involvement, from participation in archaeological excavations to a range of crafts workshops and an Early Medieval Feast formed the grand finale!
